Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha shoot qawwali song for Dabangg 2

Dabangg 2’s shootings have been going on fast and with much vigor. Dabangg Khan is taking full interest in making this sequel to 2010’s blockbuster a big super hit rather a big blockbuster once again. The prequel to this movie was directed by Abhinav Kashyup but now the producer Arbaaz Khan himself is directing the sequel titled ‘Dabangg 2’.
For this film, recently a qawwali song has been picturised at Kamalistan Studios in Mumbai. The studio has been fully hired by Arbaaz Khan for a specified period of time and no other film’s shooting can take place during this time at this place. To avoid media’s interference and to be the filming much secret, heavy security is in place around the studio.
For the qawwali shooting, the studio was decorated with neon lights and many other colorful things to give it a true qawwali touch at night. At midnight, the filming of this qawwali number took place in which Salman Khan and his leading lady Sonakshi Sinha took part.
Dabangg was released in December in 2010 and the sequel too is scheduled to release this December. In prequel, Malaika Arora Khan had done the nation’s craze ‘Munni Badnam Hui’ but this time around in the sequel, it has been learnt that she will not be doing any item number. But reports have it that she is geared up to do a song with Salman Khan which is an item number. Besides for a true ‘Munni style’ item number, Salman and Arbaaz want Kareena Kapoor to shake the hips but she demands much higher. Things are going on. Let’s see if she bags it or someone else does it. Katrina Kaif too showed her interest in doing an item number in Dabangg 2. Well, if not Kareena, then Katrina is the biggest choice. Besides she is a true item material whose item songs always brings in success.

Kareena Kapoor is among those few Bollywood babes who have worked with all the leading Khans of the Bollywood industry. She shares a good rapport with all of them. Kareena has recently given the blockbusters with two rival Khans – Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. With Salman Khan, she delivered ‘Bodyguard’ and with Shah Rukh, she gave ‘Ra.One’. Both flicks ignited the box office with mammoth business breaking records and creating history. But then we saw Kareena starting to give preference to Salman Khan over Shah Rukh Khan. The King of Bollywood did not like it at all and he even recommended some other gals names in movies he was offered.But the babe does not prove to be in favor of Salman Khan as well since she seems to be true professional. This is what happened that Bebo was approached by Arbaaz Khan for an item song (specially arranged for her) in Dabangg 2. But she dished out the big list of demands (apart from the huge money she charges for an item song) before Arbaaz Khan, the producer-director of the film. The demands of Kareena say:
The song has to be unique – the style and treatment which have not been done previously in Hindi films.
The song will not be promoted like an item song rather it will be promoted as if it is the part of the movie.
The track has to be the part of a dream sequence.
Well Salman, what will you say for your girl in ‘Bodyguard’ who is just seeing her professionalism putting aside the friendship, etc?
Salman Khan is doing an item number for Dabangg 2 and Kareena’s number will be another treat for the moviegoers. Wait and see the developments on this issue since Arbaaz has not done anything with Bebo on this song.
