Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha shoot qawwali song for Dabangg 2

Dabangg 2’s shootings have been going on fast and with much vigor. Dabangg Khan is taking full interest in making this sequel to 2010’s blockbuster a big super hit rather a big blockbuster once again. The prequel to this movie was directed by Abhinav Kashyup but now the producer Arbaaz Khan himself is directing the sequel titled ‘Dabangg 2’.
For this film, recently a qawwali song has been picturised at Kamalistan Studios in Mumbai. The studio has been fully hired by Arbaaz Khan for a specified period of time and no other film’s shooting can take place during this time at this place. To avoid media’s interference and to be the filming much secret, heavy security is in place around the studio.
For the qawwali shooting, the studio was decorated with neon lights and many other colorful things to give it a true qawwali touch at night. At midnight, the filming of this qawwali number took place in which Salman Khan and his leading lady Sonakshi Sinha took part.
Dabangg was released in December in 2010 and the sequel too is scheduled to release this December. In prequel, Malaika Arora Khan had done the nation’s craze ‘Munni Badnam Hui’ but this time around in the sequel, it has been learnt that she will not be doing any item number. But reports have it that she is geared up to do a song with Salman Khan which is an item number. Besides for a true ‘Munni style’ item number, Salman and Arbaaz want Kareena Kapoor to shake the hips but she demands much higher. Things are going on. Let’s see if she bags it or someone else does it. Katrina Kaif too showed her interest in doing an item number in Dabangg 2. Well, if not Kareena, then Katrina is the biggest choice. Besides she is a true item material whose item songs always brings in success.

Salman’s Early Life, Before Entering the World of Bollywood:
Salman Khan was born in a family that was heavily attached to Bollywood. His father Salim Khan was a well known screen writer, with movies like Deewar, Don, Sholay and many more, to his credit. His mother was Salma Khan (birth name, Sushila Charak). His paternal roots trace back to Afghanistan. His grandfather had shifted to India and settled in the state of Madhya Pradesh. However, the actor’s mother was a Marathi Hindu. Later, his father remarried the famous Helen Richardson. Salman had studied in St. Stanislaus High School in the Bandra area of Mumbai, just like his younger siblings Arbaaz, as well as Sohail. The actor also spent a few years of his student life in The Scindia School in Gwalior.

The Start of Salman’s Career (1980s):
The actor made his debut in Bollywood with the film ‘Biwi Ho to Aisi’ in 1988. It should be mentioned here that Salman had only bagged a supporting role in the mentioned film. His first movie as lead actor was ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’, directed by Sooraj R. Bajratya, which released in the year 1989. The next significant film in his career came the next year itself. The film ‘Karan Arjun’ in which he was paired with Shah Rukh Khan was directed by Rakesh Roshan. This film got him a nomination for the Best Actor award, which however was finally won by his co-star for the film ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’. Some of the other significant films that the actor delivered in this decade are : ‘Khamoshi: The Musical’, ‘Jeet’,’ Judwaa ‘,’Auzaar’, ‘Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya ‘,’Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Ha’. Most of these were rather successful films except the first one. However, the actor’s capabilities were appreciated in that one too. From 2000 to 2009:
Among the two films that he did in the year 2000, ‘Chori Chori Chupke Chupke’ projected him as a more serious actor. The other release was ‘Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega’. The next landmark film n the actor’s extraordinary career was ‘Tere Naam’ in 2003. His performance in the film received praise from every name in Bollywood and it opened new doors for Salman himself. Background:
